How to: Open Taskbar program buttons using the keyboard (not a mouse).
Solution:
Press CTRL+ESC, then press ESC. Use the ARROW keys to move to the various buttons. Press ENTER to open.
NOTE: The following procedure may not work unless all applications are minimized.
1) Press CTRL+ESC to activate the 'Start' button. (The 'Start' menu appears.)
2) Press ESC. (This removes the 'Start' menu and keeps the focus on the 'Start' button.)
3) Press Windows 95 key+M to minimize all open applications.
4) Press the TAB key to put the focus on the Taskbar.
5) Press the RIGHT ARROW key to select the desired Taskbar button.
6) Press ENTER to open the application window.
